Students, faculty or staff on educational related activities at the school can purchase
a voluntary medical insurance school-sponsored plan offered through HTH Worldwide
on this website. All enrollment will be audited for eligibility and if you are not
eligible your premium payment will be refunded and you will not be enrolled on the
Plan.
